  • The Student Support Team checks the submitted details and documents.
  • After verification, the request is sent to the Competent Authority for approval.
  • Once approved, the university cancels the admission from its records and applicable portals.
  • The university calculates the refund amount according to the applicable refund rules.
  • The approved refund is sent to the original fee payer’s bank account through electronic transfer.
  • A confirmation is sent to the student via their registered email address or mobile number.
  • No Refund: If the withdrawal request is submitted more than 30 days after the formally notified last date of admission.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: The application or registration fee and one-time processing fee are not included in the refundable amount. These charges are non-refundable as per the guidelines.
